St George’s Park is situated in the beautiful East Sussex countryside and three new purpose-built state-of-the-art care homes are located in the grounds.
As part of a new build leisure project, the requirement was to carry out an energy study of the whole site and to evaluate the different options for energy use including heat pumps, CHP and solar PV.
Baystar proposed a hybrid CHP and heat pump solution. If the proposed technology was installed, the fuel cost saving would be approximately 30%.
