A local council owned sheltered housing property in Maidenbower, West Sussex.
The requirement was to work in partnership with Crawley Borough Council and their housing repairs contractor, Mitie, to install a sustainable energy solution to provide space heating and hot water to the tenants of Schaffer House.
Baystar installed a 70kW water source heat pump to replace the two existing boilers, alongside a brand new backup boiler, a new radiator programme and a complete plant room upgrade.
The council will see a carbon reduction of circa 50% at this property.
