Baystar are currently installing a ground source heat pump on Ranmore common to a magnificent new build. The property will be powered by two CTC EcoPart 434 heat pumps and will draw off of fifteen boreholes situated in a field just behind the property. The heat pumps will provide one thousand litres of hot water for the house as well as providing heating to the house and swimming pool.
