Baystar has started the Ashdown Park Hotel Plant Room Refurbishment project at Ashdown Park Hotel and Country Club. This project involves connecting a temporary heating system outside the main plant room, allowing hotel operations to continue without disruption. After the temporary setup, Baystar will proceed with the comprehensive refurbishment, which includes installing new pump sets, hot water cylinders, water boosters, and a modern building management system.
