Your Renewable Heat System is a long-term investment and so maintaining it is just as important as the installation. Baystar work in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure that the warranty remains valid. Baystar offer a fully insured maintenance contract for all its new installations as standard. In addition we can be called to service third-party installations. All of our engineers are fully certified and trained to the highest standards, with years of experience in maintaining bespoke renewable systems.
In order to keep your renewable energy system running at peak efficiency, regular servicing and maintenance is highly recommended.
Baystar have a dedicated team for Servicing and Maintaining these specialist and high value systems. This team service, maintain and repair not only our own installations, but systems that have been installed by others as well. Our team is fully qualified to work on a wide range of heat pump brands such as Ecoforest, Vaillant, CTC, Oschner, Mitsubishi, Waterkotte to name but a few.
We know complexity of Heat Pumps can be a challenge for other heating specialists. Our engineers are trained and qualified to ensure we can work safely and effectively with your Heat Pump. Baystar are F-Gas certified, meaning we are able to undertake any type of repair to heat pumps, including refrigerant circuits.
We offer our ‘Call Out’ service for customers with and without maintenance contracts. However, we will always prioritise our clients with maintenance contracts as a priority. All attendances will provide you with an Engineer’s report following our visit. You can then understand what our diagnosis is and how we intend to fix it if we are unable to in the first visit.

Our Service Contracts offer priority service over sites without maintenance agreements, in times of high demand.
